Book one of Purewater’s maintenance technicians to get your pool in tip top shape, or to keep it in good working condition while you are out of town on holidays. We have a handful of options to suit whatever level of service you require.

Green to Clean - includes up to $400 in chemicals

$1399.99

For pools that are not swim ready and range in colour from light green to black after opening. Pool must be open, and system running to book this service.

Package will be completed over a two - two and half week period.
Up to 5 maintenance visits to get the pool clean.

The package includes on site water testing & chemical addition, pool cleaning as required, as well as, on site cleaning of cartridge filters where applicable.

After each visit you will receive a detailed report with photos by email

Customer will be responsible for:

maintaining high enough water level to accommodate vacuuming to waste. (multiple refills will be required)
emptying baskets between visits (skimmer & pump)
backwashing sand filter between visits when applicable
ensuring pool is running 24/7
providing photos every 1-2 days after initial visits so that it can be determined when the pool is ready for the follow up visit.

One Time Maintenance

$149.99 + chemicals

For those pools with light debris, or customers who would like us to take care of their pool while they are out of town.

Your visit will include:

Vacuum using your circulation system with our equipment
Clean skimmer & pump baskets
Brush down walls and floor
Addition of water to pool while techs are on site
Backwash of filter
Skim pool surface
Clean the water line
On site water testing
Chemicals addition (which you supply, or we will supply as needed, at additional cost)
Up to 1 hour of service.

10 one-time maintenance visits

$1899.99 includes up to $600 in chemicals

This package can start once the pool is clean, clear, and balanced for the season. It includes 10 maintenance visits, which include all services listed on our one-time maintenance service, as well as chemicals. This package gets booked either on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule.

Travel  

Our service includes up to 40km travel from our store location. If your address is over that, mileage is billed out at $2.5/km over the 40km one way. 

Terms and Conditions

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the technician has proper access to the yard, the pool and its components/equipment prior to their arrival. Purewater will provide a time frame of the technician’s arrival 24hours before the service date. If access is not available, the service will not be provided and the cost of the visit will be non-refundable. The return visit will be considered an extra visit and be charged at full cost.  

We ask that all pets remain indoors while our technicians are on site.  

Due to pumping restrictions enforced by the city of Ottawa, saltwater spas must be drained onto the owner’s property, no exceptions
