Basic Opening, All Pools:

• Lubricate and reinstall the diving board and ladder (where applicable)
• Remove winter plugs, install return eyeballs, pressure gauges & site glass
• Ready circulation system (prime pump and start system if water level allows)
• Set solar roller in position (if accessible) leaving cover off to allow chemicals to oxidize
• INCLUDES the supply and application of a deluxe chemical kit with Concentrated Shock, Algaecide, and pH reducer. (Value $49.99, treats up to 120,000l.)

Includes the services of the Basic Opening PLUS:

• Treat and chemically clean the water line
• Sweep pool deck
• Pools with safety cover: Remove, clean, and stow the safety cover, lubricate anchors, start up system if water level is at mid-skimmer.

• Pools with traditional tarp cover: Remove, clean, and stow the water bags & cover. Recycle the cover water using filters on our pump to clean the cover water and pump it back in to the pool, saving up to 25,000 liters of water, preventing chemicals from entering the ecosystem, and allowing us to start the pool system if the water level is at mid-skimmer.

• Full mechanical start up and system test
• Deep Leaf rake the pool
• Pressure wash the deck
• Multiple computerized water tests, complete chemical and mineral balancing including all required products (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium, and stabilizer. Fresh-filled pools are subject to additional charges).
• Multiple return maintenance visits to add chemicals and balancers, clean, shock and treat the pool with premium chemicals, up to 4 visits.

Heater Startup / Service Packages *

If you have a gas pool heater, a cleaning and startup service is available through Purewater and RM Contracting, an authorized service and repair depot for all major pool heater brands.

Deep Leaf Raking

If your pool is full of debris, we use a deep leaf rake to remove waste, keeping the sludge out of your filtration / circulation system.

Pool Maintenance / Vacation service

Single visits or follow up calls to be done as required. Great if you take time away. Test water, check balance, backwash filter, empty baskets, vacuum pool, and clean water line, as needed. Any chemicals required are extra.

We will deliver right to your pool shed or garage when we open your pool, ensuring that you have the right products on hand, when you need them. Save time, save money, and save the hassle of schlepping heavy bags and pails. If you need any other item(s), from solar blankets to pool noodles, give us a call at the store and we will gladly add them in!

“LITE” FALL MAINTENANCE & VACUUM Service (1 hour)

Planning a vacation? Tired of cleaning the pool yourself? Cleanup needed before you close? We will spend up to one hour on-site to clean and treat the pool, dean out the filter and pump baskets, backwash if necessary, test the water and correct it. We will use the chemicals you have on-site, or we can supply what is needed at additional cost.

“MESSY” FALL MAINTENANCE & VACUUM Service (2 hours)

If the pool is significantly dirty, i.e. multiple bags of leaves, pool is green, etc…, we will spend up to two hours on-site to clean and treat the pool, scoop leaves, clean out the filter and pump baskets, backwash as necessary, test the water and correct the balance. We will use the chemicals you have on-site, or we will supply what is needed at additional cost.

Basic Closing

Our standard service offering, applicable to all residential in-ground and above-ground pools including one skimmer. We clear the suction and return lines of water, and install your winter plugs (if they are missing or defective we will supply as needed for an additional charge). We include and add premium lubricating anti-freeze to the suction lines, skimmer, and pump. We remove the ladder and diving board (if possible / applicable) and prepare the mechanical equipment for winter.

Includes cold water shock, stain and scale preventer, and concentrated algaecide

Winter Cover
