Let our service technician’s get your spa ready for another season.
Please select 2 dates for when you would like to have the spa opened.
The dates are not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate one of these choices and contact you to propose an available date if neither are available. Your booking confirmation will include the assigned date.
The spa must be full prior to our arrival.
Includes the technician putting a purge solution in the water and allowing it to run to remove build up in the lines, draining the tub with a sump pump, and wiping down the cover and acrylic surfaces
Customer is responsible for refilling & starting hot tub

Plus, Purewater will stay on site and refill and start up the spa.
Note: will need access to water source on site
Includes the technician checking the connections, cleaning the waterline and cover, checking the filters, and ensuring that the spa is in proper running condition.
Note: customer will be responsible for filling and starting the spa
Travel
Our service includes up to 40km travel from our store location. If your address is over that mileage is billed out at $2.5/km over the 40km one way.
Terms and Conditions
Purewater Total Home Leisure does not move or lift spas, lift or make alterations to decks, etc. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the technician has proper access to the yard, the spa and its components/equipment prior to their arrival. Purewater will provide a time frame of the technician’s arrival 24hours before the service date. If access is not available the service will not be provided and the cost of the visit will be non-refundable. The return visit will be considered an extra visit and be charged at full cost.
We ask that all pets remain indoors while our technicians are on site.
Purewater Total Home Leisure does not guarantee damage caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances, issues that arise after the opening of the spa that are not a direct result of the opening, or damage caused to the spa or any of its components that are already in an advanced state of wear, or services carried out by the homeowner or a third party.
The spa opening does not include the addition of chemicals and water balancing. If chemicals are selected above, they will be dropped off for use by the customer.
